The location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently located near popular attractions, including restaurants and shopping areas, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our time in the city. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome despite the hotel's shortcomings. the beds were comfortable and the linen was clean, allowing us to get a decent night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
We had high expectations for our stay, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The shower was moldy and there was no shower curtain, causing water to splash everywhere.

Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. the room was comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view of the city from the window. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions.
The hotel was a bit outdated and could use some renovations to update the decor. the noise from the street outside could also be heard in the room, but it wasn't too disruptive to our romantic getaway.

The bathroom cleanliness is a major concern, as guests have reported black mold and dirty tubs.

Location was perfect for siteseeing, local transportation and restaurants. A budget hotel in an expensive part of Paris. Staff was helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Restaurant across the street kept bright lights on all night, but this is not hotel's fault. Hotel needs interior repainting, but otherwise was in good condition. It was better than some reviews led me to expect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always pointed us in the right direction and what tram to take to get to different sites. Beds were clean. Very authentic Perisian! Excellent location to two tram lines.
The room was small (par for Europe though). Private bath, but very small. Had to sleep with windows open, but heard all the traffic from busy streets. No private parking. 15 Euro for breakfast of coffee and bread.

Had to change my own bed sheets on my arrival (my sheets were covered in lipstick of the previous guests - and never changed!!!!). New sheets I got were wet and not ironed. Had to hold shower head while taking shower as there was nothing to hang it on. Lift wouldn't go to the last floor (where I was staying), therefore you have to carry your luggage. No toilet paper - neither in my room nor in my friends room. Overall - dirty, spooky and disgusting!!!!! Would never stay there again!

Convenience to Metro and business meetings, quiet room on inner courtyard, accommodating and friendly multi-lingual staff.
Inflexible on early checkout refund, breakfast too expensive.
